LENA Teaching Day and Summer Party
On Thursday, August 27, 2026, the Chair of Electrical Power Networks and Renewable Energy (LENA) held its annual Teaching Day at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. Away from the daily routine of the semester, the members of the Chair took time to discuss LENA's teaching activities together, reflect critically on the experiences of the past semester and look for ways to improve. For LENA, this open exchange is an important part of its commitment to continuously improving the quality of its teaching.

The afternoon started with a round of footgolf, a mix of football and mini golf where the goal is to get the ball into the hole with as few touches as possible. The evening went on with a barbecue of traditional Bratwurst, grilled cheese, vegetables and more, and the lake next door was there for anyone who wanted to cool off.
